Training Matrix and Training Plan 관련해서,

직원들 교육하고, 해당 교육에 대해 기록으로 남기고,

직원들이 교육 받은 후에 평가하여 잘 이해하고 있는지, 그리고 실제 업무에 활용을 제대로 하는지에 대한 평가하는 부분이 어렵게 느껴집니다.

 

이런 내용에 대해 Agent로부터 받은 메일로 영어 공부하려고 합니다. ㅋ

Hi 000, 

As mentioned before regarding the yearly training matrix and training plan, it is very heavy and doesn’t seem feasible to do that. We found this problem during effective check process. The EC is still open.

 

In order to make it feasible and executable, we’d like you to review again attached documents and simplify it.

AAA and BBB reviewed some (ended at line 40 for warehouse department) and remarked the change in red.

 

Please check with your team and ask the responsible person to make adjustment.

This is only our suggestion and our opinion, if you think your training matrix is correct, and you need all these training on a yearly basis and you can really do it even though it is really very high burdon, so keep your plan.

 

But if you keep this plan you must execute it fully without fail with all the records, because if the auditors will find that you didn’t follow the plan, it will not be good.

위 Agent는 오더를 주지도 않으면서 많은 것들을 요구하고 있습니다.

얼마나 follow up을 해줘야 할지 고민이 됩니다. 

 

우선, 내부적으로는 아래와 같이 현지 담당자에게 메일을 보냈습니다.

 

"우리가 Agent 요청으로 Training skill matrix를 만들었는데, 너무 어렵다고 느낀다.

실제 교육을 하지만, 모든 것을 자료로 남기기 쉽지 않다. 한계가 있다.

 

그래서, 우리 어떻게 하는게 좋을 지 다시 생각해 보자"

Dear OOO

 

You know We made a Training Skill matrix based on Agent's request for Buyer's order.

But, we feel that these jobs are too much for proceeding actually.

 

And, We didn’t make the training records for on-site individual training on the Sewing, QC or QA department.

It’s limit for workers training skill improvement.

 

So, If we can’t keep & implement this Training Matrix, we need to make a decision what to do complete.

Pls think about it & let’s discuss with me next week.

메일도 잘쓰고 싶고, 말도 잘하고 싶고 ㅎㅎ

욕심이 많은 걸까요? ㅋ

 

개인적으로 느끼지만, 영어는 계속 써야지 잊어버리지 않는 것 같네요.

 

뭔가를 꾸준히 한다는 건, 그리고 열심히 한다는 건....

대단한 일임에 틀림없습니다.

 

저는 요즘 이런게 재미가 없어지네요 ㅠㅜ 그래도 해야겠죠~

힘내라고 할 수 밖에 ㅎㅎ
